Writing skills are more than an incidental organizational practice. Internally, they dispel misunderstanding among employees. A 7 page review of the book by Alan Cavaiola and Neil Lavender that provides information on how to deal with personality disorders in the workplace. This paper cautions that while Cavaiola and Lavender's message can be potentially constructive, it goes hand in hand with a certain degree of caution. Layman simply cannot read a book and obtain the information needed to accurately diagnoses psychological disorders.
