This 12 page paper examines how community policing can help to catch terrorists. Police are on the front lines and some believe that community policing can help in combating terrorism. Community policing is explored first and then strategies to fight terrorism are discussed. The paper concludes that for some areas, community policing works well, but in others, more complex structures work better.
